How can I gather relevant information from multiple print and digital sources; assess the credibility of each source; and quote or paraphrase the data and conclusions of others while avoiding plagiarism and providing basic bibliographic information for sources? CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.W.6.8
Work Time: 
Continue working on research and preparing your speech (on Friday).

    I can research a person who overcame adversity and is an inspiration to many.
    I can participate in a mini living museum by presenting detailed information about someone who overcame adversity by giving a 5 minute speech.

    Work on your research, notes, works cited, speech outline, and preparing for your speech on Friday. Make sure that all assignments in Google Classroom for this project are turned in on-time!
    Independent reading (At least 30 minutes) EVERY day! Yes, even on the weekends!
    Update reading list! Be prepared to turn in your reading list on May 20th!
